Shipping, Taxes & Returns
Each artwork is shipped in direct coordination with the collector to ensure optimal handling and safety. Shipping costs are calculated individually, based on the destination, artwork dimensions, and preferred courier. Once the purchase is confirmed, we will discuss and arrange the most secure and suitable delivery option with you.
Please note that any taxes or customs duties are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
Returns are only accepted in the event of damage confirmed to have occurred before packaging or during shipping. In such cases, the buyer must provide photographic and written proof within 12 hours of receiving the artwork. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. All submitted documentation will be forwarded to the shipping company for further investigation and resolution.
